摘要
确立新型的、符合社会发展需要的师生关系是当前高校教育面临的一个新课题 ,师生关系的不和谐严重影响了教育的成效。从分析眼下师生关系的弊端出发 ,指出现在师生关系存在交往减少、交往的伦理倾斜和教师的权威性受到挑战等问题 ;进而构想了平等、交互、民主的新型师生关系 ,并从教育观、交往渠道以及教师素质等方面入手 ,提出了新型师生关系实现的途径。
Buliding a newfashioned relationships between teachers and students in colleges which conforms to the society is a new problem.The disharmonious relationships badly impact the effect of high school education.At first,the authors introduce the actuality of the relationships and conceive a newfashioned relationships between teachers and students in colleges,then some ways to realize it are posed.
