摘要
在施工场地限制的条件下,由于目前支模施工的外墙模板支设效果不佳,影响了支模施工的质量,文章主要研究建筑地下外墙拼装式单侧支模施工技术。单侧支模模板拼接,选取面板材料,设定龙骨间距;定位钢筋植筋部位,注入粘合剂,植入钢筋;根据安装定位线,安装预埋件,完成模板及架体安装施工;通过混凝土浇筑与养护,控制混凝土温度差,拆除模板,完成施工。经实验论证分析,外墙混凝土结构柱表面的水平平整度偏差均在1.5 mm以下,说明外墙具有较好的平整度,竖向平整度偏差与水平平整度偏差相比,偏差值更大,但仍在规定允许偏差的5 mm范围内,竖向垂直度偏差均在允许范围8 mm以内,各柱面方向的竖向垂直度均达到质量验收要求,各拐角角度偏差值均小于2 mm,整体的单侧支模施工效果良好,证明文章方法具有可行性。
Under the condition of limited construction site,due to the poor supporting effect of the external wall formwork in the current form-support construction,the quality of the form-support construction is affected.The construction technology of the assembled single-side formwork for the underground external wall of the building is studied.Single-sided formwork splicing,selecting panel materials,and setting the keel spacing;locating the rebar planting parts,injecting adhesive,and implanting rebars;according to the installation positioning line,install the embedded parts,and complete the installation and construction of the formwork and frame body;Concrete pouring and curing,control the concrete temperature difference,remove the formwork,and complete the construction.After experimental demonstration and analysis,the horizontal flatness deviation of the outer wall concrete structure column surface is below 1.5mm,indicating that the outer wall has good flatness.Compared with the horizontal flatness deviation,the vertical flatness deviation is larger.However,it is still within the 5mm range of the specified allowable deviation,the vertical verticality deviation is within the allowable range of 8mm,the vertical verticality of each cylinder direction meets the quality acceptance requirements,and the deviation value of each corner angle is less than 2mm.The construction effect of the side support formwork is good,which proves the feasibility of the method in this paper.
