基于TOPSIS-灰色关联的壳体盖注塑制品成型浇口位置与工艺参数优化分析

摘要 为提高壳体盖塑料制品的注塑成型质量,提出了一种优劣解距离(TOPSIS)—灰色关联的综合评价模型,对注塑工艺参数进行优选。首先,对塑件结构、成型质量因素与浇注系统布局模式进行分析,确定浇注系统为一模四腔模式。其次,以浇口位置、模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力为试验因素,以缩痕指数、总翘曲变形量、体积收缩率为评价指标设计L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验。采用CRITIC法确定评价指标权重系数,通过Moldflow分析软件获得评价指标值。最后,构建了TOPSIS—灰色关联综合评价模型,并将之应用于对多目标注塑成型工艺参数的优化分析,获得了浇口位置与注塑工艺参数的最优组合。结果表明,该综合评价模型和方法能够有效获得最优的浇口位置选择方案以及对应的注塑工艺参数。 To improve the injection molding quality of a housing cover, a comprehensive evaluation model based on the TOPSIS-grey correlation method was proposed to optimize the process parameters in injection molding. Firstly, the structure of plastic part, the factors of molding qualities and the layout of gating system were analyzed, four-cavity mold is determined. Secondly, the gate position, mold temperature, melt temperature and holding pressure were selected as experimental factors to simulate and analyze shrinkage index, warpage and volume shrinkage, using the L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal experimental design method. The weight coefficients of each evaluation index were determined using the CRITIC method, and the evaluation indexes were obtained by Moldflow software. Finally, a TOPSIS-grey correlation method was constructed, and it is applied to solve the multi-objective optimization problem of injection molding process parameters. Then the optimal combination of gating position and injection molding process parameters are obtained. The results show that the proposed model and method can effectively obtain the optimized gate position and the optimization of injection molding process parameters.
