基于实例推理的模具设计案例检索模型

摘要 针对航空叶片模具设计中存在的人员经验依赖水平高、历史知识重用率低、特征分类多样检索难等问题,提出了一种基于实例推理的模具设计案例检索模型。基于层次分析法和专家法,设计了航空叶片模具的关键特征分类及特征属性之间的相似度,确定了案例相似度的计算方案。基于K-MEANS聚类算法和1R离散法对检索模型的性能进行优化,提升了检索能力和速度。基于动态阈值方法,对案例检索的相似度阈值进行了详细设定。以某航空叶片模具制造企业的历史设计案例库为例,该检索模型能较快较精准地检索出与新案例相似的历史设计案例,验证了模型的可行性和有效性。 Aiming at the problems of high level of personnel experience dependence, low reuse rate of historical knowledge, and difficulty in retrieval of various feature classifications in the design of aviation blade die, a mold design case retrieval model based on case reasoning is proposed. Based on the analytic hierarchy process and the expert method, the classification of key features of the aviation blade die and the similarity between the feature attributes are designed, and the calculation scheme of the similarity of the case is determined. The performance of the retrieval model is optimized based on the K-MEANS clustering algorithm and the 1R discrete method, which improves the retrieval ability and speed. Based on the dynamic threshold method, the similarity threshold of case retrieval is set in detail. Taking the historical design case database of an aviation blade die manufacturing enterprise as an example, the retrieval model can quickly and accurately retrieve historical design cases similar to the new cases, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
