摘要 根据国产某型8档变速箱箱体的加工需求,针对现阶段传统卧式加工中心夹具的弊端,设计研发了一款包含可胀心轴、油缸卡爪、气密性检测的全自动化智能卧试加工夹具,并对其进行了理论分析和有限元仿真分析。根据计算分析,所得重复定位精度从0.108 mm优化至3~5μm,工件最大变形量为0.007 6 mm,加工的侧孔变形量不到0.005 mm,工件所受最大应力为48.2 MPa。通过实验室和实际生产测试,单个工序的装夹时间从6~7 min缩短至15 s以内,极大地提高了生产效率和生产精度。 According to the processing requirements of a domestic 8-speed gearbox box and the disadvantages of the traditional horizontal machining center fixture at the present stage, The authors paper developed a fully automatic intelligent horizontal machining fixture including expandable mandrel, oil cylinder claw and air tightness detection, and carried out theoretical and finite element analysis using ANSYS Workbench. According to the calculation and analysis, the repetitive positioning accuracy is optimzed from 0.108 mm to 3~5 μm, the maximum deformation of the workpiece is 0.007 6 mm, the deformation of the processed side hole is less than 0.005 mm, and the maximum stress of the workpiece is 48.2 MPa. Through laboratory and actual production tests, the clamping time of a single process is shortened from 6~7 min to less than 15 seconds, which greatly improves the production efficiency and accuracy.
