“专业+研究所”双轮驱动模式下现代学徒制人才培养研究——以模具设计与制造专业为例

摘要 针对模具设计与制造专业现代学徒制人才培养过程中,企业有经验师资短缺,教师操作技能难以满足学徒制培养要求的问题,依托模具专业和模具技术研究所,加强产教融合平台建设,开展“专业+研究所”双轮驱动模式的现代学徒制人才培养的探索与研究。通过开设地方特色产业课程,助推地方产业经济发展,教师参与企业科研研发,进而反哺教学,为现代学徒制学生培养提供技术动力,全面发展学生专业素养和职业素养,实现“毕业即就业”的现代学徒制高素质复合型人才培养目标。 In view of the shortage of experienced teachers in enterprises and the failure of teachers’ operating skills to meet the requirements of apprenticeship training in the process of modern apprenticeship talent training of die and mould design and manufacturing major, relying on mould design and manufacturing major and die and mould technology research institute, the construction of industry and education integration platform was strengthened, the exploration and research on modern apprenticeship talent training under the two wheel drive mode of specialty and research institute. In order to promoting the development of local industrial economy, local characteristic industrial courses were set up. The teachers participated in research in enterprises, and then feed back to teaching, so as to provide technical power for the cultivation of modern apprenticeship students, to realize the comprehensive development of specialized quality and professional quality of the students, and realize the training goal of high-quality compound talents by modern apprenticeship, that is employment after graduation.
