全预混表面式燃烧器掺混结构实验研究

摘要 天然气全预混表面式燃烧器具有燃烧效率高、氮氧化物排放低的优势,因此,近年来全预混表面式燃烧器在小型天然气锅炉中得到了广泛的应用。天然气和空气掺混结构性能是决定全预混表面式燃烧器性能的关键因素,本文对采用文丘里和旋流叶片组合形式掺混结构的全预混表面式燃烧器进行了试验研究,获得了不同负荷下3种方案掺混结构的燃烧器氮氧化物排放特性,为全预混表面式燃烧器掺混结构的设计和优化提供了试验数据支撑。 Natural gas fully premixed surface burners have the advantages of high combustion efficiency and low nitrogen oxide emissions.Therefore,in recent years,fully premixed surface burners have been widely used in small natural gas boilers.The performance of natural gas and air mixing structure is the key factor to determine the performance of fully premixed surface burner.In this paper,The fully premixed surface burner adopts a combination of venturi and swirl blades,I have obtained the nitrogen oxide emission characteristics of fully premixed surface burners under the mixing structure conditions of three schemes under different loads,and it provides experimental data support for the design and optimization of the mixing structure of fully premixed surface burner.
