摘要
针对某电厂锅炉一次汽系统水压试验过程中焊缝附近存在环向裂纹而导致泄漏问题,对制造厂内锅炉产品水压试验有效性进行分析:钢管在冶炼和轧制过程中所产生的缺陷;分析钢管存在裂纹时在制造厂内水压试验是否有效。结果表明:钢管在制造厂内水压试验并不是100%有效。
Analysis effectiveness of hydrostatic test of boiler in manufacturer for the problemwhich leakage caused by around the weld of circumferential cracks during the hydrostatic test of Primary steam system in power plant:Steel pipe produces defects in the smelting and rolling process;analyze whether the hydraulic test is effective When the steel pipe has cracks.The results show that the hydraulic test of steel pipe in manufacturer is not 100%effective.
