基于熵权TOPSIS的乡村优质旅游有效供给评价研究——以浙江省为例

Quality Tourism Based on Entropy Power TOPSIS:Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example

本文分别从资源禀赋、支持条件、自然环境与客源市场四个方面选取13个指标构建乡村优质旅游有效供给评价指标体系,以浙江省的11个城市为研究对象,利用熵权TOPSIS法对浙江省各市乡村优质旅游有效供给进行评价。研究表明,(1)住宿设施数量、乡村旅游业从业人数、乡村旅游专业化、交通便捷度4项指标权重较大,成为影响乡村优质旅游有效供给的重要因素。(2)浙江省乡村优质旅游有效供给水平差异显著,其中杭州有效供给水平最高,衢州最低。(3)浙江省乡村优质旅游有效供给竞争力整体水平较高,评价中等及以上城市共有7个,占总数的63.6%左右。

In this paper, 13 indicators are selected from four aspects, namely, resource endowment, support conditions, natural environment and source market, to build an evaluation index system for the effective supply of rural quality tourism. 11 cities in Zhejiang Province are used as research objects, and the entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the effective supply of rural quality tourism in each city of Zhejiang Province. The study shows that,(1) the number of accommodation facilities, the number of rural tourism industry employees, rural tourism specialization, and the convenience of transportation are four indicators with greater weight, which become important factors affecting the effective supply of rural quality tourism.(2) The level of effective supply of r ural quality tourism in Zhejiang Province varies significantly, with Hangzhou having the highest level of effective supply and Quzhou the lowest.(3) The overall level of competitiveness of effective supply of rural quality tourism in Zhejiang Province is high, and the evaluation There are 7 cities of medium level and above, accounting for about 63.6% of the total.
