摘要 我国当前高职教育培养目标是培养高质量技术技能型人才,这就需要实行校企“双元”育人,高职学生经过学校的专业知识学习和企业的技能培训,可以更快适应工作岗位。本文立足于长沙,分析“双高”建设背景下高职校企“双元”育人的内涵、意义和本土化实践的启示,在此基础上围绕产业办学,深化产教融合,以助力地方特色产业发展。 At present, the training goal of higher vocational education in China is to train high-quality technical and skilled talents. This requires the implementation of “dual” education between schools and enterprises. Students in higher vocational colleges, who have gone through professional knowledge learning in schools and skills training in enterprises, can adapt to the job more quickly. Based on Changsha, this paper analyzes the connotation, significance and enlightenment of localization practice of “dual” education between higher vocational colleges and enterprises under the background of “double heights” construction. On this basis, the integration of industry and education should be deepened to promote the development of local characteristic industries.
