摘要
具身学习是在身体教育观和具身认知理论的基础上提出的一种学习方式。教师的具身学习具有实践性、交互性、生成性、开放性等基本特征,基于应用型高校青年教师职业特性与角色定位的细致分析以及身体经验在认识过程中的影响作用,具身视角下应用型高校青年教师专业学习可通过关注身体体验、加强学习反思、及时反馈与修正、营造学习环境、参加微课竞赛活动等路径来完成,在加快应用型高校的转型发展及青年教师的培养方面,希望可以为有关应用型地方高校提供参考。
Embodied learning is a learning style based on the theory of body education and embodied cognition. Teachers’ embodied learning has some characteristics such as practical, interactive, generative and open. Based on the detailed analysis of professional characteristics and role definition of young teachers in applied universities, also based on the influence of body experience in the process of cognition, young teachers’ professional learning can be achieved by paying attention to the body experience, strengthening learning reflection, giving timely feedback and correction, creating a learning environment, taking part in competition teaching activities of micro course. It is hoped to provide reference for applied local universities in speeding up the transformation and development and the cultivation of young teachers.
