Investigation and Analysis of Economic and Management Students in Agricultural Universities

学风建设影响学生的个人发展与之后的人生规划,优良的学风能使学生更好地成人成才,促进学校人才培养方案效果的提升。本文在山西农业大学农业经济管理学院2019级与2020级600余名学生的学业动态分析与调查基础上,多角度分析整理了农业院校经管类学生在学风上存在的问题,并为学风改善与建设提供了客观与独到的方法措施,促进大学生成人成才。

The construction of style of study affects students’ personal development and subsequent life planning. Excellent style of study can make students better grow into adults and be successful, and promote the effect of school talent training program. Based on the analysis and investigation of the academic dynamics of more than 600 students of Grade 2019 and Grade 2020 in School of Agricultural Economics and Management Shanxi Agricultural University, this paper analyzes and sorts out the problems existing in the academic style of economic and management students in agricultural colleges from multiple perspectives, and provides objective and unique methods and measures for the improvement and construction of the academic style, so as to promote college students to become adults.
