“岗课赛证融通”培养会展高技能人才的探索——以苏州市职业大学为例

Exploration on Cultivating High Skilled Talents Based on the Integration of Post Curriculum Competition Certificate——A Case Study of Suzhou Vocational University

基于会展业人才需求特点,会展高技能人才培养存在注重创新能力养成、教学内容不确定、教学环境要求高的特殊性。苏州市职业大学会展策划与管理专业以“岗课赛证融通”,探索培养会展高技能人才,突出应用型、复合型、创新型的培养目标。构建“岗课赛证融通”的课程体系,采取问题及项目化教学,优化教学环境实现多场景化应用,引育结合提升专业师资水平,良好教学心理环境赋能教学实施,提升了会展高技能人才培养质量。

Based on the characteristics of talent demand in the event industry, the cultivation of event high skilled talents has the particularity of paying attention to the cultivation of innovative ability, uncertain teaching content and high requirements of teaching environment. The event management major of Suzhou Vocational University takes “post curriculum competition certificate” to explore the cultivation of event high skilled talents and highlight the training objectives of application-oriented, compound and innovative. By building a curriculum system of “post curriculum competition certificate integration”, adopting problem-based and project-based teaching, optimizing the teaching environment, improving the level of professional teachers, and good teaching psychological environment enabling the implementation of teaching, they have improved the training quality of highly skilled talents in event.
