民办高校高质量发展的对策研究

Study on Countermeasures of High Quality Development of Private Colleges and Universities

受到教育政策、办学方式、教学资源和人才培养机制等多方面因素的挑战,民办高校迫切需要转变发展方向,努力探索高质量发展路径,在寻求政府教育政策支持和教学资源优化的基础上提高民办高校的整体办学层次,进而不断完善内部治理体系和教育结构,真正为广大学子创建良好的教学环境,为中国的高等教育事业贡献力量。基于此,本文在明确民办高校办学发展趋势和目标定位的基础上探讨了时代赋予民办高校的机遇与制约其发展的主要问题,进而提出了相应的实践策略。

Challenged by many factors such as educational policy, school-running mode, teaching resources and personnel training mechanism, private colleges and universities need to change the development direction, to explore the government education policy support and teaching resources optimization on the basis of the overall level, and constantly improve the internal governance system and education structure, really for the students to create a good teaching environment, contribute to China’s higher education career. Based on this, this paper discusses the opportunities and the main problems of private universities and the main problems restricting the development of private universities, and then puts forward the corresponding practical strategies.
