摘要
高校思政课教师与辅导员协同育人是将大学生思想政治工作做实、做细、做优的关键环节。通过论证高校思政课教师与辅导员协同育人之必然与可能,明确两支队伍协同育人面临的现实壁垒,提出完善顶层设计、实现育人互动、搭建协同平台、构建保障机制等解决策略,使两大育人主体融合共建、同向同行,进一步提升育人效果。
The cooperation between ideological and political course teachers and counselors is the key link to make the ideological and political work of college students realistic, detailed and excellent. By proving the necessity and possibility of collaborative education between ideological and political teachers and counselors in colleges and universities, clarifying the realistic barriers that the two teams’ collaborative education will face, it puts forward solution strategies such as perfecting top-level design, achieving educational interaction, building collaborative platforms, constructing guarantee mechanisms, etc., so that the two education subjects can integrate and build together and walk in the same direction to further improve the education effects.
