Research on Influencing Factors of Affinity of College Counselors in Ideological and Political Education

辅导员思想政治教育亲和力作为一种辅导员作用于思想政治教育对象的吸引力,直接决定了辅导员开展思想政治教育的成效。辅导员思想政治教育亲和力受到多重因素影响。其中,教育主体是关键性因素,教育内容是基础性因素,教育方法是保证性因素,教育环境是加持性因素。厘清影响辅导员思想政治教育亲和力的因素及其作用机制,通过情感交互使大学生乐意参与到思想政治教育实践中,从而保障思想政治教育的提质增效。

As a kind of counselors’ attraction to the receivers of ideological and political education, counselors’ affinity of ideological and political education directly determines the effectiveness of counselors’ ideological and political education. The affinity of counselors’ ideological and political education is influenced by multiple factors, among which the educational subject is the key factor, the educational content is the basic factor, the educational method is the guarantee factor, and the educational environment is the support factor. It aims to clarify the factors influencing the affinity of counselors’ ideological and political education and its mechanism, and make college students willing to participate in the practice of ideological and political education through emotional interaction, so as to realize the improvement of quality and efficiency of ideological and political education.
