伴随着移动互联网的发展,以微博、微信、抖音为代表的“微文化”逐渐形成并深刻影响着青年大学生的价值观、思维习惯和行为方式。随着“微文化”影响力和冲击力的不断壮大,加强高校意识形态工作可谓是机遇与挑战并存。丰富的载体、灵活的形式、深入广泛的影响力为主流意识形态传播增添新鲜活力,同时,多样的“微文化”内容增大意识形态工作的难度,零散碎片的“微内容”削弱了意识形态工作的深度,过度娱乐的“微文化”消解了意识形态工作的力度。鉴于此,改变思想观念,构建平等主体,打造优质内容,改进宣传方式;规范网络言行,提高媒介素养;树立先进典型,发挥榜样引领是加强高校意识形态工作的实现路径。

With the development of mobile Internet,the“micro culture”which is represented by micro-blog,WeChat and TikTok have gradually formed and profoundly influenced the values,habits and behavior of young college students.With the growing influence and impact of“micro culture”,strengthening ideological work in colleges and universities can be described as both opportunities and challenges.Rich carriers,flexible forms and in-depth and extensive influence add fresh vitality to the dissemination of mainstream ideology.At the same time,the diversified“micro culture”content increases the difficulty of ideological work,the fragmented“micro content”weakens the depth of ideological work,and the“micro culture”of excessive entertainment dispels the strength of ideological work.In view of this,change ideas,build equal subjects,create high-quality content and improve publicity methods;standardize network words and deeds and improve media literacy;setting up advanced models and giving play to example guidance is the realization path of strengthening ideological work in colleges and universities.
