高等院校承载着为国家培养新时代人才的重要责任,高校不仅是国家精神文明建设以及增强社会群体素质水平的主要阵地,也是国家发展的人才摇篮,更是科教兴国战略贯彻落实的主要场域。不断推进新时期高校学生党建进宿舍,是顺应高校教育管理变革的必然选择,是建设和谐健康校园环境的客观需要,更是促进三全育人贯彻落实的现实需求。高校应通过从塑造特色鲜明的党建工作品牌形象、党员深入宿舍,发挥示范引领作用、组织实施学生宿舍志愿者实践活动等层面入手,以此丰富学生党建工作模式,从而高效且扎实地落实该项工作,推动高校加强思想引领。
