高职院校大学生心理健康教育课程诊改问题与路径 被引量:3

摘要 教育教学质量是引领高职院校发展的重要支撑点,为不断提高技术技能人才的培养质量,全国高职院校都在致力于内部质量体系的构建及诊改工作的实践中去。在“诊改”过程中,课程层面的诊断与改进成为各高职院校的发力点。大学生心理健康教育课作为一门旨在培养人的心理品质为课程目标的公共基础课程,它的课程目标较为隐性且不易外化呈现,因而该课程的诊改具有其独特之处。本文从课程性质、课程与职业的衔接性、课程诊改指标的独特性以及课程效果与学校心理健康教育工作的密切性等四个方面分析了大学生心理健康教育课程在诊改中的问题与特殊性,并据此提出相应的诊改路径,以期使大学生心理健康教育课程在诊改中螺旋上升,促进大学生心理品质的发展。 The important supporting point of the development of higher vocational colleges is the quality of education and teaching. In order to improve the quality of technical and skilled talents, the higher vocational colleges are committed to the construction of internal quality system and the practice of diagnosis and reform. In the process of diagnosis and reform, the diagnosis and improvement at the curriculum level has become the starting point of higher vocational colleges. The course of mental health education of college students is a public basic course aimed at cultivating people’s psychological quality, the goal of the curriculum is more implicit and not easy to be externalized. Therefore, the course has its own uniqueness in diagnosis and reform. In order to make the mental health education curriculum of college students spiral in the diagnosis and reform, and promote the development of college students’ psychological quality, this paper analyzes the problems and particularity of mental health education curriculum of college students from the nature of the course, the connection between the course and the profession, uniqueness of indicators, the close relationship between curriculum effect and mental health education in school, and proposes the corresponding way and the strategy.
