摘要
基于建筑能源消耗情况,开展碳排放核算与限额分析研究,是建立建筑碳排放管理体系的先期工作,并可为后续的建筑碳达峰与碳中和标准制修订工作奠定数据基础。本文通过对广东省范围内政府办公建筑的调研,获得了较多样本建筑的基本信息与能源数据,并采用排放因子法核算了建筑碳排放,得出了政府办公建筑单体碳排放量与单位面积碳排放指标的规律特性,再应用统计限额法进行了限额值排序计算,确定了政府办公建筑单位面积碳排放指标限额的约束值、基准值和引导值。
Based on the energy consumption of buildings, carbon emission accounting and quota analysis is conducted is a pre-research to establish the management system of building carbon emission, which can lay the data basis for the subsequent preparation and revision of building Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality standards. By investigating the government office buildings in Guangdong Province, this paper obtains the basic information and energy data of various building samples, calculates the carbon emission of buildings by the method of emission factor, gains the regulatory characteristics of the carbon emission of single government office building and the carbon emission index per unit area. This paper, in addition, adopts the statistical quota method to calculate the ranking of the quota values and determine the constraint values, datum values and guide values of the carbon emission index quotas per unit area of government office buildings.
