摘要
改革开放以来,我国城市处于不断的建设发展状态之中,早期建设的小区由于时间过长而出现了外观陈旧、结构不稳、设施故障老旧等问题,已经跟不上城市发展步伐,老旧小区改造提上日程。其中给排水系统错综复杂,原有线路老化严重,设计混乱,造成给排水管线维修难度大,用水安全难以保障,给排水改造工程是老旧小区改造工作中的一大难点。本文围绕城镇老旧小区给排水改造中的问题展开研究,结合实际老旧小区改造项目,对老旧小区给排水系统、雨污分流问题进行分析,探索相应的改造措施,进一步研究老旧小区管线改造的优化策略,为改造工作的开展提供参考,切实提高居民居住幸福感,促进城市发展。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s cities have been in a state of continuous construction and development. With the passage of time, the early built residential areas have appeared problems such as outdated appearance, unstable structure and old facilities, which can no longer keep up with the pace of urban development. The transformation of old residential areas has been put on the agenda. Among them the water supply and drainage system is a major difficulty in the reconstruction of old residential areas due to complex system that the original lines are seriously aging,and the design is chaotic, which makes it difficult to maintain the water supply and drainage pipelines as well as to ensure the water safety. This paper will focus on the problems in the water supply and drainage renovation of old urban communities, analyze the problems of water supply and drainage system as well as rainwater and sewage diversion in old urban communities with the actual renovation projects, explore corresponding renovation measures, further study the optimization strategy of pipeline renovation in old urban communities, which could provide reference for the renovation work so as to effectively improve residents’ living happiness and promote urban development.
