基于BIM的住宅参与式设计流程研究

摘要 针对传统建筑生产过程中住宅与用户的个性化需求匹配度较低的问题,大规模定制以装配式构件为组成单元,借助BIM技术的3D模拟功能,实现用户对住宅的参与式设计,可以在成本与效益的约束下获得与用户个性化需求匹配度更高的住宅。本研究利用市场上的装配式构件为住宅组装单元,设计了用户参与的住宅设计流程。结果表明,这种参与式住宅设计流程可以实现大规模定制住宅,大大提升用户对住宅的个性化需求,为建筑住宅的可持续发展创造了新的思路。 Aiming at the low matching degree between the apartments and the user’s individual needs in the traditional building production process,Prefabricated presets for mass customization constitute constituent units, with the help of the 3D simulation function of BIM technology, the user’s participatory design of the housing can be realized in a cost-effective manner so as to match the individual needs of users. This study uses prefabricated components on the market as housing assembly units, and designs a user-involved housing design process. The results show that this participatory housing design process can realize large-scale customization of residential buildings, greatly enhance the personalized needs of users for residential buildings, and create new ideas for the sustainable development of residential buildings.
