Obstacles to the Implementation of Whole Process Engineering Consulting Service Model and Suggestions for Improvement

近年来,随着我国社会经济的快速发展,对工程咨询行业的战略转型和高质量发展提出了新的要求和挑战。本文总结了推行全过程工程咨询服务模式目前存在五大障碍,针对这些障碍,给出了相应的完善对策和建议。

In recent years, along with the rapid development of Chinese social economy, new requirements and challenges are put forward to the strategic transformation and high quality development of engineering consulting industry. This paper summarizes five obstacles to the implementation of the whole process of engineering consulting service model at present, and gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.
