Discussion on Cost Control of Agent Construction Project

在建筑行业蓬勃发展背景下,代建项目越来越多。本文以厦门某工程为例,对各参建方在代建项目造价控制中的重要性进行分析,并从决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工几个阶段,探索造价控制具体措施,旨在为类似工程造价管理提供参考。

Under the background of vigorous development of the construction industry, there are more and more agent construction projects. This paper takes a project in Xiamen as an example to analyze the importance of the cost control of each participant in the agent construction projects, and explores specific measures for cost control from several stages such as decision-making, design, bidding, construction, and completion, in order to provide reference for cost management of similar projects.
