薄覆土长距离复杂地质盾构施工技术研究

摘要 本文依托东莞市城市快速轨道交通R2线2310标项目,分析探讨了施工可能发生问题的原因和解决措施。结果表明,通过优化盾构掘进工艺和参数控制、渣土改良、条带预加固和增设钢支撑等施工措施,可保障盾构施工及上部基坑的安全,为今后类似工程的施工提供了新的参考。 Based on the 2310 project of urban rail transit R2 line in Dongguan City, this paper analyzes the causes and solutions of possible construction problems. The results show that the safety of shield construction and upper foundation pit can be guaranteed by optimizing the shield tunneling technology and parameter control, soil improvement, strip pre-reinforcement and adding steel support, which provides new reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
