Research on the Construction of Carbon Emission Statistical Monitoring System for Urban and Rural Construction

城乡建设领域是碳达峰行动的重要载体,研究建立碳排放统计监测体系是推动城乡建设实现碳排放目标的重要基础和关键环节。本文通过梳理国内外城乡建设统计监测体系现状,研究并提出了我国城乡建设碳排放统计监测体系架构,并对统计监测体系具体实施提出工作建议。

Urban and rural construction is an important carrier of Carbon Peaking action, so that the research and establishment of carbon emission statistical monitoring system is an important basis and key link to promote urban and rural construction to achieve carbon emission goals. This paper combs the situation of the statistical monitoring system of urban and rural construction at home and abroad, studies and proposes the framework of the carbon emission statistical monitoring system of urban and rural construction in China, and puts forward suggestions for the specific implementation of the statistical monitoring system.
