摘要 本文以房屋建筑领域绿色低碳的高质量发展方向为切入点,结合我国建筑业发展现状,提出了一套新型装配式部分包覆钢-混凝土组合结构建筑产品体系,遵循系统化思路,以“五全两化”技术手段实现建筑全生命周期的低碳、高质量,可为加快推广建筑业智能建造和新型建筑工业化协同高质量发展提供一定参考。 In combination with the development situation of construction industry in China, this paper takes the green, low-carbon and high-quality development in the field of housing construction as the breakthrough, and proposes a new set of prefabricated building products system with partially encased steel-concrete composite structure, which follows the systematization thought, and achieves the low carbon and high quality building during the whole life cycle by “five complete industrialization” technical means, so as to provide reference for the coordinated high-quality development of intelligent construction and new building industrialization in the construction industry.
