装配式公共租赁住房标准化、数字化设计与创新实践——以谢营1号地租赁住房项目为例

摘要 党的二十大报告指出,坚持房住不炒,加快建立多主体供给、多渠道保障、租购并举的住房制度。公租房是我国保障性住房的建设重点,本文以谢营1号地租赁住房项目为例,提炼装配式公租房项目的特征,策划形成户型空间可变、外立面造型灵动等特点。该项目秉持布局合理、功能齐全、交通便捷的高标准,基于国产自主知识产权的设计系统,开展以标准化、数字化设计和绿色建造为核心的装配式公租房项目的创新实践,以便为相关项目提供参考。 The report of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should adhere to the principle of not speculation in housing, and accelerate the establishment of a housing system featuring multi-subject supply, multi-channel security and simultaneous rent and purchase. Public rental housing has become the focus of affordable housing construction, taking Xieying No. 1 Land Rental Housing Project as an example, combined with the characteristics of the prefabricated public rental housing project, this paper introduces in detail the characteristics of the project, such as variable unit space, flexible facade modeling, etc. Taking reasonable layout, complete functions and convenient transportation as the starting point, and based on the design system of domestic independent intellectual property rights, the project has carried out the innovative practice of prefabricated public rental housing projects with standardization, digital design and green construction as the core, which could provide reference for the design of relevant public rental housing projects.
