双碳目标下的可再生能源技术在农村地区的应用及分析

随着国内尤其是京、津、冀等农村地区清洁供热改造工作的全面展开,大气污染防治、生态环境改善都取得了很大成效。但在实施过程中由于农村人均可支配收入低、基础能源保障能力不足、长效市场机制尚未形成,部分地区出现返煤现象。本文结合“乡村振兴”“双碳”政策,对可再生能源应用案例进行系统介绍。并从应用技术、商业模式、效益评价等方面进行了分析,探索总结了可再生能源在农村地区实现应用的具体方法,并提出推广意见。

With the full implementation of clean heating transformation in China, especially in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and other rural areas, great achievements have been made in air pollution prevention and ecological environment improvement. However, due to the low per capita disposable income in rural areas, insufficient basic energy security capacity, and the lack of a long-term market mechanism in the implementation process, coal return has occurred in some areas.
