摘要
为取消地下基础水平及竖向现浇结构沉降后浇带,实现项目后期整体降本增效目标,依据现行规范理论为基础,运用砼后期具有一定强度抵抗收缩变形拉应力“抗”与“放”相结合原理,实施跳仓法施工技术,通过对关键技术重点质量控制,建立单元仓格BIM三维模型,并进行仓格砼浇筑前、后内部裂缝控制计算分析,结果表明实施后在技术质量、进度及成本等方面均有显著提升与整体改进,此工法具备一定借鉴及推广技术经验价值。
Based on the energy efficiency evaluation of 32 buildings with 3 types in a residential area in Beijing, the relative energy efficiency rate of buildings in the residential area is between 8.51% and 28.31%, which is far lower than the current design requirement of 75% energy efficiency of new buildings in Beijing. The author puts forward a simple energy-saving proposal, to install thermal insulation on the external wall, replace with the 65 energy-saving windows and above as well as the 65 energy-saving doors and above. The purpose of energy efficiency evaluation is to provide accurate energy consumption data and transformation direction for the transformation of old residential areas, and lay a strong basis for subsequent energy-saving transformation..
