轻质石膏砂浆抹灰施工质量控制研究与应用

Research and Application of Quality Control in Plaster Construction of Light Gypsum Mortar

轻质石膏砂浆作为水泥砂浆的新型替代产品,既有传统水泥砂浆相似的强度,而且具有绿色环保、耐用、粘接力大,不易出现粉化、开裂、空鼓现象的特点,但在实际施工工程中仍会出现此类质量通病问题,且较难分析原因制定处理方案。本文结合武汉某住宅项目室内墙面应用轻质石膏砂浆抹灰全过程,并有效控制墙面空鼓、裂缝、起泡的应用实例,分析轻质石膏砂浆在武汉某住宅项目现场施工中发生抹灰空鼓、开裂、起泡等质量问通病的原因,并介绍该材料的性能特点、施工工艺及质量控制措施。

As a new substitute for cement mortar, light gypsum mortar not only has similar strength to the traditional cement, but also has the characteristics of green, durable, stick relay, and not easy to appear pulverization, cracking, hollowing phenomenon. But in actual construction projects there still has problems such common quality faults, and difficult to analysis the reason to deal with. This paper introduces the performance characteristics and construction process of lightweight gypsum mortar when it is applied to indoor walls of a residential project in Wuhan. This paper also analyzes the causes of common quality problems such as hollowing, cracking and bubbling of light gypsum mortar in the actual construction of a residential project in Wuhan, and puts forward corresponding quality control measures.
