基于机器视觉的位移测量方法

摘要 本文提出了一种基于机器视觉的位移测量方法。将两块测量面板粘贴在被测物体上,用移动端(手机、平板电脑等)设备拍摄图像后上传至服务器,服务器中部署的算法,采用图像处理中的透视变换方法计算被测物体之间的距离;该方法操作简单快速,测量精度可达0.1mm,测量时间为1s/次,可用于建设工程中的裂缝宽度监测。 This paper presents a displacement measurement method based on machine vision. Two measurement panels are pasted on the measured objects, and images are captured by mobile devices(mobile phones, tablet computers, etc.) and uploaded to the server. The algorithm deployed in the server calculates the distance between the measured objects by using perspective transformation method in image processing. The method is simple and fast, the measurement accuracy is up to 0.1mm, and the measurement time is 1s/time, which can be used for crack width monitoring in construction projects.
