摘要
工业是推动社会发展的主要动力和物质保障,在整个国民经济中占据绝对主导地位。随着我国建筑业的转型与升级,在十四五时期,对装配式钢结构建筑的建造模式、信息化应用水平、系统化集成设计程度提出了更高的要求。通过新一代信息技术驱动,以建筑工程全寿命期系统化集成设计、精益化生产施工为主要手段的新型建筑工业化逐渐成为建筑业主流趋势。本文以施工项目为例,从钢结构深化设计、模型优化整合,施工场地布置,管综优化等方面开展BIM技术研究,争做施工级BIM技术应用,为实现BIM技术在民用建筑向工业建筑的转型升级及实施奠定基础。
Industry is the main driving force and material guarantee to promote social development and occupies an absolutely dominant position in the whole national economy.Along with the transformation and upgrading of China’s construction industry,in the period of the 14th five-year plan,the assembly type steel structure building construction mode,information application level,the systematization integration design degree has been put forward higher requirement.Driven by the new generation of information technology,the new construction industrialization,which takes the whole life cycle systematic integrated design and lean production and construction as the main means,has gradually become the mainstream trend of the construction industry.Taking the construction project as an example,this paper carries out research on BIM technology from the aspects of steel structure deepening design,model optimization and integration,construction site layout,integrated management optimization,etc.,striving for the application of construction-level BIM technology,laying a foundation for the transformation and upgrading of BIM technology in civil buildings to industrial buildings and its implementation.
