摘要
装配式混凝土结构竖向构件间的钢筋连接多采用钢筋灌浆套筒连接技术,而套筒灌浆料是关系到连接性能的关键一环。温度是影响套筒灌浆料力学性能发展的重要因素之一,因此本文重点研究和总结施工环境温度、拌合用水温度、预养护时间等对灌浆料的影响,以期对装配式套筒灌浆施工提供一定的指导。
Between prefabricated components of fabricated concrete structures mostly uses rebar splicing technology for sleeve grouting,and sleeve grouting is a key part related to the connection performance.Temperature is one of the important factors affecting the development of mechanical properties of sleeve grouting materials.Therefore,this paper focuses on studying and summarizing the influence of construction environment temperature,mixing water temperature and pre-curing time on grouting materials,in order to provide certain guiding significance for grouting construction of assembled sleeve.
