矿物掺合料和胶粉对陶瓷砖胶粘剂性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了在确定加水量的情况下,P·O 42.5水泥、偏高岭土、轻质材料和可再分散乳胶粉对陶瓷砖胶粘剂拉伸粘结强度、浸水后的拉伸粘结强度、20min晾置时间的拉伸粘结强度、热冲击后拉伸粘结强度以及横向变形的影响。其中不同种类的轻质材料分别采用玻璃微珠与漂珠。结果表明:P·O 42.5水泥添加量在28%时,陶瓷砖胶粘剂综合性能最好;随着偏高岭土在水泥基瓷砖胶粘剂中添加量的提高,水泥基陶瓷砖胶粘剂的拉伸粘结强度逐渐增大;相同掺量的情况下,添加了玻璃微珠的陶瓷砖胶粘剂的各项拉伸粘结强度高于添加漂珠的陶瓷砖胶粘剂;提高胶粉掺量可以明显地提高陶瓷砖胶粘剂的各项拉伸粘结强度和柔韧性。综合考虑,与不添加可再分散乳胶粉的陶瓷砖胶粘剂相比,添加了可再分散乳胶粉在陶瓷砖胶粘剂中的各项拉伸粘结强度提高明显。 The effects of P·O 42.5 cement,metakaolin,lightweight materials and redispersible latex powder on the tensile bond strength of ceramic tile adhesive,tensile bond strength after soaking in water,tensile bond strength after 20min drying time,tensile bond strength after thermal shock and transverse deformation were studied under the condition of determining the amount of water added.Glass beads and drift beads are used for different kinds of lightweight materials.The results show that when the cement content of P·O 42.5 is 28%,the comprehensive performance of ceramic tile adhesive is the best.The tensile bond strength of cement-based ceramic tile adhesive increases with the increase of metakaolin content.The tensile bond strength of ceramic tile adhesive added with glass beads is higher than that of ceramic tile adhesive added with drift beads.The tensile bond strength and flexibility of ceramic tile adhesive can be improved obviously by increasing the amount of adhesive powder.Overall,compared with ceramic tile adhesive without redispersible latex powder,the tensile bond strength of ceramic tile adhesive with redispersible latex powder increased obviously.
