整合苏州集成电路上下游产业资源,加大对国内集成电路头部企业的服务和支持力度,是增强我国集成电路产业链供应链自主可控能力的重要举措之一。于苏州而言,抓住上海集成电路产业溢出机遇,以配合中芯国际等龙头企业为契机,主动争取上海高端资源辐射,开展沪苏集成电路产业创新合作新路径的研究,对共建高端产业集群具有重要现实意义。
