The Exploration of Leading Public Security Legal Education with Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law

习近平法治思想的提出是我国法治建设进程中的重大里程碑,公安法学教育和法治人才培养必须以习近平法治思想为根本遵循和行动指南,努力培养德法兼修高素质公安法治人才,从而为建设一支符合新时代要求的公安铁军奠定基础。公安法学课程体系构建应以《习近平法治思想概论》课程为基础,推动习近平法治思想进教材、进课堂、进头脑。公安法学教育要处理好法学知识教学和实战教学的关系,形成“教、学、练、战、研”一体化的公安法学教学体系。公安法学教育要坚持与时俱进,在习近平法治思想引领下不断创新,推动智慧警务与公安法学教科研工作的深度融合。

The proposal of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is a major milestone in the building process of the rule of law in my country.The education of public security law and the training of legal talents must adhere to the fundamental compliance and action of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,and strive to cultivate high-quality legal talents with both morality and law,so as to lay a foundation for building a public security iron army that meets the requirements of the new era.To promote Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law into teaching materials,classrooms,and minds,the construction of the curriculum system of public security law should be based on the“Introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law”.Public security law education should deal with the relationship between law knowledge teaching and practice teaching,and form a public security law teaching system that integrates“teaching,learning,training,war,and research”.Police law education should keep pace with the Times,and we will continuously innovate under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,and promote the deep integration of intelligent policing and public security law education and research.
