舰艇无菌医疗用品的安全保障现状与对策

Current situation and measures for the safety and security of sterile medical supplies for Naval vessels

目的针对舰艇无菌医疗用品保障中存在的问题,探寻解决方案,以满足舰艇无菌医疗用品安全保障的需求。方法通过在护航、联合军演等卫勤保障任务中的实地考察,对医务人员进行问卷调查和电话沟通,对某几类舰艇进行了调研。结果舰艇清洗消毒设施设备配备不足、洗消流程不完善;舰艇卫生人员对消毒供应管理规范掌握不全面,落实不到位。结论为消除安全隐患,降低医院感染风险,需加强无菌物品的管理,完善设备配备,规范洗消流程,加强舰艇卫生人员对消毒供应相关理论和操作技能的培训,并且结合舰艇实际,研发适合舰艇(主要指水面舰艇)的清洗消毒相关设备,确保专业、安全、规范、高效地提供无菌医疗用品,提高平战时舰艇医疗救护保障能力。

Objective To explore the problems of aseptic medical supplies onboard surface ships and find out relevant solutions,so as to meet the needs of safety and security of sterile medical supplies.Methods Through the access of on-site investigation,questionnaire survey and telephone communication survey during the implementation of such medical support services as in escort missions and joint military exercises,survey and research were made on several types of naval vessels.Results Cleaning and disinfection facilities onboard the ship were insufficient and the process of decontamination was not perfect.Shipboard personnel did not have a full knowledge or clear idea concerning the management regulations of sterile medical supplies,and work is not ideally implemented.Conclusion To eliminate potential safety hazards and reduce the risk of infection,further effort should be made to strengthen the management of sterile items,complete the facilities and equipment,and standardize decontamination processes.The training of ship medical personnel on the theory and operational skills of disinfection and supply should be enhanced.In addition,based on the actual situation of the ship,cleaning and disinfection systems suitable for ship cleaning and decontamination(mainly surface ships)should be developed,so as to ensure safe,effective and standardized sterile medical supplies and increase medical support capability of naval vessels both at peace time and at time of war.
