摘要
笔者总结分析了低温症的救治方法和救治器材,根据舰船环境适应性要求,采用模块化设计理念,对舰用型复温装置开展了勤务功能分析、系统组成与指标设计,并对各功能模块进行了设计方案研究。科研样机试验结果表明,采用该方案设计的舰用型复温装置,其功能和性能均能够满足舰船舱室环境条件下,开展中、重度低温症伤员的救治需求。该研究对于提升海上舰船低温症伤员救治效率具有重要意义。
Objective This paper summarizes and analyzes the treatment methods and systems for hypothermia. In accordance with the requirements of shipboard environment and by using the concept of modular design, an overall design profile analysis was performed concerning service function, system composition and technical parameters of the shipboard rewarming device.At the same time, the design schemes of various functional modules were also studied. The prototyp test results indicated that the function and performance of the shipboard rewarming device could satisfy the treatment needs of moderate and severe hypothermia patients under the environmental conditions of the ship cabins. This study is of great significance to the improvement of treatment efficiency of hypothermia onboard the ship.
