海战伤新型模块化救护单元的研究

摘要 海战战况复杂,环境恶劣,海战伤致伤机制多样,伤情复杂,多发伤和复合伤多见,快速、及时和高效的救治直接影响海战伤救治成功率。本研究针对海战伤不同伤情、不同救治阶段,设计研发了新型模块化救护单元,包括(1)新型监护设备集成模块的研发,以实现救护单元的微型化和便携化及救治现场的快速展开;(2)新型多功能手术器械模块和新型手术器械,打破不同手术分装专用手术包的壁垒,使手术器械经济、实用和便携;(3)研发智能化伤情管理和生命维持模块,以实时监测伤情变化,结合救治能级范围目录,必要时借助远程控制,高效指导实施伤情救治。新型模块化救护单元的建设,旨在缩短救治时间,提高各战位各阶段救治效率,以平战结合和全场景救治的方式,有效提高海战伤实战救治能力从而最大程度保存战斗力。 Objective The scenario of sea battle is becoming more and more complex,with harsh environment.The mechanism of sea battle injuries is various and diverse,and complicated,multiple and combined injuries are frequently seen.Rapid,timely and efficient treatment has direct impacts on the success rate of sea battle casualties.Directed at different injury conditions and medical needs at different treatment stages,our research developed a new type modular treatment unit,which includes the following 3 components:(1)a new type integrated modular system for the realization of miniaturization,portability,and on-site rapid deployment of treatment units;(2)a new multi-functional surgical instrument module and new surgical instruments for the break-up of barriers between specialized surgical kits to achieve economy,practibility and portability;(3)a smart injury condition management and life monitoring module for real-time detection of changes in injury conditions.If necessary,rescue and treatment could be implemented efficiently,with the help of remote medical control.The construction of the new modular treatment unit aims at shortening treatment time,improving treatment efficiency at various treatment stages of each station,so as to most efficiently promote real-time salvage capacity during Naval warfare and most efficiently preserve combat effectiveness of the forces involved.
