摘要 目的 构建并完善海外任务医疗队员的岗位胜任力模型及指标体系,为我军海外任务医疗队员的筛选、抽组和培训提供参考。方法 采用文献调研法、专家咨询法构建指标体系并确定每个指标的含义,利用层次分析法确定每个指标的权重。结果 所构建的海外任务医疗队员岗位胜任力指标体系,包括一级指标6个、二级指标17个和三级指标63个。2轮专家咨询,问卷回收率、有效率均为100%,表明专家积极性高。第1轮咨询专家权威系数Cr为0.92,第2轮为0.89,表明咨询专家的权威程度高。2轮专家咨询中一、二、三级指标协调程度均较高,表明专家协调程度高。结论 所构建的岗位胜任力模型及指标体系可为海外任务医疗队员的筛选、培训与能力评估提供参考依据。 Objective To construct and perfect the model of job competency and indicator system for the qualification of those medical personnel undertaking overseas missions, so as to provide solid evidence for the screening, selection and training of medical personnel for overseas missions.Methods The index system was constructed by literature research and expert consultation, and the meaning of each index was clearly defined. The weight of each index was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Results A job competency index system for overseas medical team members was formed, including 6 first-level indicators, 17 second-level indicators and 63 third-level indicators. In the two rounds of expert consultation, the recovery rate and effective rate of the questionnaire forms were 100%, indicating that the enthusiasm of the experts involved was high. The weight coefficient Cr in the first round of the consulted experts was 0.92, and that of the second round was 0.89, indicating that the degree of authority of the consulted experts was high. The coordination of the first, second and third-level indicators of the two rounds of expert consultation was also high, indicating that the degree of expert coordination is high as well.Conclusion The job competency index system could provide evidence for the selection, training and ability evaluation of medical team members for overseas missions.
