摘要 为了实现工艺尺寸链生成技术与三维建模软件的集成,提出一种基于轻量化基于模型定义的(MBD)工序模型的工艺尺寸链自动生成方法。以不同形式的工艺尺寸链应对不同的尺寸解算要求。自动生成余量工艺尺寸链,根据经济精度为非关键尺寸赋公差值;在此基础上,搜索设计工艺尺寸链,结合粒子群算法(PSO)算法对关键尺寸进行公差优化分配。最后开发了工艺尺寸链的自动生成软件,以船用柴油机关键件为例验证了该方法的有效性。 In order to realize the integration of process dimension chains generation technology and 3D modeling software, an automatic process dimension chains generation method based on lightweight model based definition(MBD) process model is proposed. Different forms of process dimension chains are applied to meet different requirements of the process dimension calculation. By automatically generating remaining process dimension chains, the tolerance value of non-critical dimensions are assigned according to the economic accuracy. On this basis, the design process dimension chains are searched, and the tolerance of the critical dimensions are optimized with PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization)algorithm. Finally, the software of automatic generation of process dimension chains is developed, and the effectiveness of the method is verified by taking the key parts of marine diesel engine as an example.
