摘要
为实现船舶数控弯板机的智能成型精度检测和自动调型,研制了1套适用于曲板成形精度检测过程的点云数据重构和偏差计算算法,基于B样条曲线对曲板测量点云进行重构和点云加密,实现了测量点云偏差计算和数控弯板机下模压头调形偏差计算,应用到曲板成型精度智能检测系统中,实现曲板成型精度测量和调形数据计算。在某船厂进行曲板成型精度智能检测系统实验,结果表明,测量结果偏差数据分布与样箱测量结果相同,且通过自动调型加工完成的曲板,满足船舶曲板加工过程中的精度要求和效率要求。
In order to realize intelligent molding and Intelligent Machining precision test of ship CNC bending machine, a set of point cloud data reconstruction and deviation calculation algorithm was developed for the bending plate forming accuracy detection process. The measurement point cloud deviation calculation and the shape adjustment deviation calculation of the lower molding head of CNC bending machine were realized on the basis of the reconstruction and encryption of the measurement point cloud of the curved plate based on the B spline. The measurement accuracy and shape adjustment data calculation of curved plate were realized in the intelligent detection system of curved plate forming accuracy. The results show that the deviation data distribution of the curved plate forming precision intelligent detection system is the same as that of the sample box after the experiment using the curved plate forming precision intelligent detection system in a shipbuilding plant. The curved plate completed by automatic shaping processing meets the accuracy requirements and efficiency requirements in the process of curved plate processing.
