长江干散货船舶绿色技术应用适用性评价

摘要 长江干散货船舶占长江各类运输船舶的88%,是船舶绿色技术推进的难点,研究长江干散货船舶绿色技术适用性对促进长江航运绿色发展意义重大。依据《内河绿色船舶规范》(2020),对内河船舶绿色技术进行分类,构建长江干散货船舶绿色技术应用适用性评价平台,从经济性、需求度、成熟度3个方面建立适用性评价体系。采用基于层次分析法-集对分析(AHP-SPA)的评价方法对船舶绿色技术适用性进行量化评价。结果显示:影响长江干散货船舶绿色技术应用的主要因素排序为经济性、需求度、成熟度,表明长江干散货船舶推广绿色技术应首先解除经济性因素的制约。长江干散货船舶绿色技术应用排序为环保要求、船舶舒适性、能效要求、船舶有害物质排放控制、清洁能源应用,表明在资金有限的前提下,长江干散货船舶可以优先应用适用性较高的绿色技术。 The Yangtze River dry bulk carriers account for 88% of all types of transport ships, which is a difficult point in the promotion of green technology for ships. The research on the applicability of green technology application on Yangtze River dry bulk carriers can promote the green development of shipping on the Yangtze River. According to the Code for Green Ships in Inland Rivers, classifying the green technology of inland ships is classified, a green technology application applicability evaluation platform for dry bulk ships in the Yangtze River is built, an applicability evaluation system from three aspects of economy, demand and maturity is established. The application of green technology is evaluated by the method of AHP-SPA. The results show that the main factors affecting the application of green technology are ranked as economy, demand, and maturity, indicating that the promotion of green technology on the Yangtze River dry bulk carriers should first address the constraints of economic factors. The application sequence of green technology for Yangtze dry bulk carriers is environmental protection requirements, ship comfort, energy efficiency requirements, ship hazardous material emission control, and clean energy applications, which indicate that under the premise of limited funds,the Yangtze River dry bulk carriers can give priority to the application of green technologies with higher applicability.
