摘要
提升核心素养的表现属性是实现学科育人功能的基本路径。素养的表现属性是指核心素养不单纯是知识理解和知识掌握,亦是需要通过外在行为表现才能生成的一种解决问题的能力。“自我效能感”的提升、个体独特性和群体多样性的弹性发展,是素养表现属性的意义向度。学科知识、真实情境、主体活动是素养得以真实表现的基本条件。为增强素养的表现属性,教学中应倡导创设真实情境,建立生活经验的表现关联;加强实践参与,丰富出场学习的表现样态;运用表现性评价,导向学习表现的自我完善。
To improve the performance attribute of key competencies is the basic path to realize the educational function disciplines.The performance attribute refers to the behavior process and generative phenotype presented in the generation and development.It emphasizes that key competencies is not only knowledge understanding and knowledge learning grasp,but also a kind of problemsolving ability generated through external behavior and activity experience.The enhancement of selfefficacy,the development of individual uniqueness and group diversity are the meaning dimension of the performance attribute of competencies.Subject knowledge,real situation and subject practice are the conditions for real performance of competencies.In order to enhance the performance attribute of competencies,the teaching should advocate the creation of real situation and establish the performance correlation of life experience,strengthen the practice participation,enrich the appearance of learning pattern,use performance assessment to guide the self-improvement of learning performance.
