摘要
信息时代的有效教学旨在有效发展学生的核心素养,帮助学生有效思维与创造、有效解决真实问题、有效交往与协作,此谓“素养本位有效教学观”。确立该观念需要具有历史意识,反思传统控制取向的有效教学观,为有效教学正本清源。杜威将社会效率理解为能力发展,并将之作为重要教育目的;同时强调教育过程要尊重学生的个性独特性和有价值的经验,这为构建素养本位有效教学奠定理论基础。21世纪的有效教学是深度教学和个性化教学,指向学生核心素养之发展。实施素养本位教学的关键是将学科探究与实践的方法转化为教学方法,同时要实现教师和学生的角色转变。
Effective teaching in information era aims at developing students’core competencies effectively,helping students effectively think and create,effectively solve real problems,effectively communicate and collaborate.This idea is“competency-based view of effective teaching”.The establishment of this idea needs historical consciousness,reflecting traditional control-based view of effective teaching,in order to clarify the origin and roots of effective teaching.John Dewey sees social efficiency as the development of power,and makes it at important goal of education;meanwhile he emphasizes that educative process should respect students’uniqueness of personality and valuable experiences,which lays the theoretical foundations for competence-based view of effective teaching.21st Century effective teaching is deeper teaching and individualized teaching,focuses on students’key competences.The key to implement competence-based teaching is to transform the methods of disciplinary inquiry and practice into the methods of teaching and learning.Meanwhile,It is in need to realize the role transformation of teachers and students.
