三元区中青年居民的糖尿病流行病学及临床特征调查分析

Epidemiological and Clinical Characteristics of Diabetes in Young and Middle-Aged Residents of Sanyuan District

目的分析三元区中青年居民的糖尿病流行病学及临床特征。方法随机选取2020年3月—2022年3月期间三元区所管理的2000例中青年居民,统计其糖尿病发生情况,并采用问卷调查的方式统计分析选取对象的一般情况,包括本组中青年居民的性别、身高、年龄等。结果本组调查对象中共有102例糖尿病患者,糖尿病的患病率为5.10%,糖尿病患者中男性41例,患病率为40.20%;女性61例,患病率为59.80%,女性患病率显著高于男性(P均<0.05),年龄越高,糖尿病的患病率也越高(P均<0.05),与普通人群相比,肥胖者患病率显著更高(P均<0.05),存在吸烟史、血脂异常、高血压的人群糖尿病患病率显著高于普通人群(P均<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,中青年居民的糖尿病发病影响因素包括性别(OR=0.857,P=0.028)、年龄(OR=0.701,P=0.002)、肥胖者(OR=1.169,P=0.008)、合并吸烟史(OR=0.799,P=0.022)、血脂异常(OR=1.598,P=0.002)、合并高血压(OR=1.159,P=0.007)。结论三元区中青年居民的糖尿病患病率较高,性别、年龄、有无肥胖及高血压、血脂异常、吸烟史是糖尿病的影响因素,因此大龄女性、肥胖者及合并高血压、血脂异常、吸烟史需要引起高度重视,做好糖尿病的预防。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of diabetes among the young and middle-aged residents in Sanyuan District.Methods A total of 2000 young and middleaged residents managed by Sanyuan District from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly selected,and their diabetes incidence was counted.The general situation of the selected objects,including the gender,height,age and so on,was statistically analyzed by questionnaire.Results There were 102 diabetes patients in this group.The prevalence rate of diabetes was 5.10%.Among diabetes patients,there were 41 males,with a prevalence rate of 40.20%,and 61 females,with a prevalence rate of 59.80%.The prevalence rate of females was significantly higher than that of males(P<0.05).The higher the age,the higher the prevalence rate of diabetes(P<0.05).Compared with the general population,the prevalence rate of obese people was significantly higher(P<0.05).There were smoking history,dyslipidemia The prevalence of diabetes in hypertensive population was significantly higher than that in general population(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of diabetes incidence in young and middle-aged residents included gender(OR=0.857,P=0.028),age(OR=0.701,P=0.002),obesity(OR=1.169,P=0.008),smoking history(OR=0.799,P=0.022),dyslipidemia(OR=1.598,P=0.002),hypertension(OR=1.159,P=0.007).Conclusion The prevalence rate of diabetes among young and middle-aged residents in Sanyuan District is relatively high.Gender,age,obesity,hypertension,dyslipidemia,and smoking history are the influencing factors of diabetes.Therefore,older women,obese people,and people with hypertension,dyslipidemia,and smoking history need to be attached great importance to prevent diabetes.
