番泻叶联合聚乙二醇电解质散在便秘患者肠道准备中的应用

Application of Polyethylene Electrolyte Dispersion in Intestinal Preparation in Patients With Constipation

目的探讨番泻叶联合聚乙二醇电解质散(polyethylene glycol electrolyte dispersion,SF-PEG)在便秘患者中肠道准备的应用。方法选择福建省泉州市光前医院2021年1—12月收治的119例拟行结肠镜检查的便秘患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(59例)和对照组(60例),对照组使用4 L SFPEG+1瓶二甲硅油进行肠道准备,观察组在对照组基础上加用番泻叶,对比两组肠道在准备中的排便次数,对比两组肠道的进镜时间以及清洁度,对比两种患者的耐受度,以及两组息肉检出率、检出个数。结果观察组排便次数多于对照组,两组评价为优、良、差的比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组波士顿肠道准备量表(boston bowel preparation scale,BBPS)评分高于对照组,进镜时间短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组息肉检出率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组息肉检出个数高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论番泻叶联合SF-PEG可提高便秘患者肠道准备效果,提高肠道清洁度,缩短进镜时间,增加息肉检出个数,患者耐受性好。

Objective To investigate the application of senna leaf combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(SF-PEG)in bowel preparation in patients with constipation.Methods A total of 119 constipation patients undergoing colonoscopy in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=59)and control group(n=60)by random number table method.The control group was treated with 4 L SF-PEG+1 bottle of dimethyl silicone oil for bowel preparation,while the observation group was treated with senna on the basis of the control group.The frequency of defecation during bowel preparation,the score of intestinal cleanliness and the time of entering the lens,the tolerance degree of bowel preparation,the detection rate and the number of polyps were compared between the two groups.Results The frequency of defecation in the observation group was more than that in the control group,and there was no significant difference in the proportion of excellent,good and poor between the two groups(P>0.05).The Boston Bowel Preparation Scale(BBPS)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the endoscopic time was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of polyps between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The number of polyps detected in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Senna leaf combined with SF-PEG can improve the bowel preparation effect of constipation patients,improve intestinal cleanliness,shorten the endoscopic time,increase the number of polyps detected,and the patient's tolerance is good.
