冬病夏治穴位贴敷及护理干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Acupoint Application and Nursing Intervention on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)采取冬病夏治穴位贴敷及护理干预的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月段福建中医药大学附属人民医院呼吸内科收入的慢阻肺患者74例为研究对象,以双色球法分为常规组(n=37)和观察组(n=37),常规组辅以常规化干预,观察组基于此采取冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合护理干预,比较两组效果,如肺功能及症状积分等。结果(1)依从性:观察组合理用药、科学饮食、按时复诊、规范作息等依从率94.59%(35/37)、97.30%(36/37)、91.89%(34/37)、94.59%(35/37)与常规组72.97%(27/37)、78.38%(29/37)、67.57%(25/37)、70.27%(26/37)比较明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)症状积分:观察组咳嗽、喘息及咯痰低于常规组较低(P<0.05)。(3)治疗满意度:干预后,观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)生活质量:观察组生活质量各因子(生理、心理功能等)分值均高于照组(P<0.05)。结论慢阻肺采取冬病夏治穴位贴敷及护理干预效果理想,可改善症状,促进生活质量及患者满意度提高,运用可行性强。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture point application and nursing intervention in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in summer.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,a total of 74 patients with COPD were recruited from the department of respiratory medicine of People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the two-color ball method was used to divide the patients into the routine group(n=37)and the observation group(n=37).The routine group was supplemented with the routine intervention,such as lung function and symptom scores.Results(1)compliance:the compliance rate of rational use of medicine,scientific diet,regular follow-up and regular work-rest in the Observation Group 94.59%(35/37),97.30%(36/37),91.89%(34/37),94.59%(35/37)was significantly higher than that in the routine group72.97%(27/37),78.38%(29/37),67.57%(25/37),70.27%(26/37).(2)Symptom score:compared with routine group,the scores of cough,wheeze and expectoration in observation group were lower,compared with routine group(P<0.05).(3)Satisfaction degree of treatment:after intervention,the satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than that of control group.(4)Quality of life:the scores of all factors of quality of life(physiological and psychological functions)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture point application and nursing intervention in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in summer is ideal,which can improve the symptoms,improve the quality of life and patients'satisfaction.
