天津市三级公立医院患者门诊卫生间使用满意度及影响因素分析

Analysis of Patient Satisfaction with Outpatient Bathroom Use and Influencing Factors in a Tertiary Public Hospital in Tianjin

目的调查天津市三级公立医院患者门诊卫生间使用的满意度现状,了解影响门诊卫生间使用满意度的因素,为进一步提升医院门诊卫生间管理水平,改善患者就医感受提供参考依据。方法于2022年6月6~20日采用分层等比例抽样法,利用自制的调查问卷对天津市14家三级公立医院的1741例门诊患者进行问卷调查,并利用SPSS Stats软件进行满意度影响因素分析。结果天津市三级公立医院患者门诊卫生间使用满意度得分为(3.89±0.29)分,得分最高的维度是卫生间光线状况良好,得分最低的维度为等候时间。坐厕方式(蹲便)、等候时间、通风状况、光线、卫生状况是影响患者对门诊卫生间使用满意度的因素。结论天津市三级医院门诊卫生间满意度整体良好,需从坐厕方式(蹲便)、等候时间、通风状况、光线、卫生状况等方面加以改进,进一步提高患者就诊期间如厕满意度。

Objective To investigate the current situation of satisfaction of patients'outpatient bathroom use in a tertiary public hospital in Tianjin,and to understand the factors affecting the satisfaction of outpatient bathroom use,to provide a reference basis for further improving the management level of outpatient restrooms and improving patients'medical experience.Methods Used a stratified equal proportion sampling method from June 6 to 20,2022.A self-made questionnaire was used to survey 1741 cases of outpatients in 14 tertiary public hospitals in Tianjin.The SPSS Stats software was also used to analyze the satisfaction influencing factors.Results The satisfaction score of outpatient bathroom use in Tianjin tertiary public hospitals was(3.89±0.29)points,and the dimension with the highest score was good bathroom light condition,and the dimension with the lowest score was waiting time.Sitting mode(squatting),waiting time,ventilation,lighting,and sanitation were the factors that influenced patients'satisfaction with the use of outpatient toilets.Conclusion The overall satisfaction of outpatient toilets in tertiary hospitals in Tianjin is good,and it needs to be improved in terms of sitting mode(squatting),waiting time,ventilation condition,light,and sanitary condition to further improve patients'satisfaction with toilets during consultation.
